Updates on offboarding & Assets Management

  1. 1. Updates on offboarding:

New updates have been released on the Offboarding process, aiming to make the employee Offboarding process accurate, easy, and in compliance with the Saudi labor law. The differences arising from the reason of end of can affect the subsequent procedures for ending the service

With this update:

  • - Enable admin to specific  (essential, secondary, and optional) end of service reason so that the procedures can be completed in compliance with the labor law and based on the type of contract.
  • - Employee assets can be added during the Offboarding procedures and deleted if necessary.
  • - Requests related to Offboarding can be collected and assigned to a single user: if the employee is responsible for a team or department and if they are responsible for approving requests or tasks, they can all be replaced by another employee or employees during Offboarding.
  • - For employees who do not have employment contracts, employment contracts can be created during employee service termination procedures.

This update will help you to:

  • - Determining the type of end of service and its reasons in a specific way so that tasks related to each reason can be created and assigned. 
  • - Updating the employee file before ending their service with assets, contracts, and others so that their Offboarding process in a legal and proper manner.
  • - Saving time in completing Offboarding tasks.
  • - Organizing work and improving the employee Offboarding experience in the system.

  • In order to simplify the employees assets management and increase the transparency and minimize the asset related costs this update will add value and will help companies to manage assets more efficiently. 

With this update you can: 

  • - Create, update and delete asset types
  • - Assign asset types to newly created assets
  • - Create new or update existing assets
  • - Search and filter assets
  • - Import assets in bulk
  • - Allocate and deallocate assets to employees
  • - Change the status of assets to Available, Damage, Repair, and Archived
  • - View asset history
  • - Allocate and deallocate assets from employee profiles
  • - Create asset request and approval workflows
  • - Shows the number of total assets and it’s breakdown based on statuses
  • - Asset utilization bar chart based on allocation and availability
  • - Asset type costs bar chart

This update will help you:
