Specific permission has been given to the admin  to justify working hours shortage directly without workflow approval.

• By giving the ability to trigger an email with the announcement ( admin’s announcements).

• On the Performance:

• The system now sends a reminder of the certain time that should be done, and  updates  progress of objectives assigned to employees where the admin can give the employee the permission to update progress of the goals, or deny it.
